cream of potato soup

A very yummy soup that is filling and a meal by itself.
Ingredients
1 potato
3 tbsp fresh cream
butter
salt
pepper

boil and peel potatoes.
blend in a mixer with little water.
mix fresh cream and adjust consistency. add salt and pepper. heat and serve
tastes good when served chill also.
